I’m a civic technologist, but you might know me better as a teacher, an occasional podcast voice, or a speaker on topics like collaboration, productivity, and AI.

Much of my work centers on a simple belief: good government tech isn't about the tech—it's about making real people's lives easier, inside and outside the building.

These days, I try to do my part: sharing what I know, learning what I don't, and helping push the ball forward.
